TheEDGEBANK offers you complete access to your accounts online with E-Access at www.theedgebank.com. With E-Access you can:• Check your account balances SecurityE-Access uses 128-bit SS-4 encryption and security certification, to ensure that only authorized users have safe and secure access to your accounts. Plus, you have the ability to select and change your password at any time but for additional security you will be required to Getting Started with E-AccessTo apply for internet banking simply go to http://www.theedgebank.com and click on the “Register” button in the Online Banking box which is located on the left hand side of our home page. Once you click on this button you’ll be directed to the On-Line Registration page. From the On-Line Banking Registration page you’ll be asked to complete the Account Holder Personal Information questionnaire. This questionnaire will ask you to establish your initial Password. You’ll do this by inputting your initial “Customer Number,” which is the primary account holder’s social security number without dashes. You’ll now select and re-enter your initial password. Once you’ve completed this section you’ll be asked to select and answer three validation questions. These questions are used to provide extra security for you and our on-line banking system. Finally, you’ll be asked to identify the account numbers you’ll like to have linked to your on-line banking registration. Please make sure you have your bank account numbers available to complete this section. Once you’ve completed the Account Holder Personal Information you’ll need to print out the Registration Form and mail it to: Once we have received your signed registration we will review it for accuracy and security purposes. Once we have confirmed your registration and signature we will send you an e-mail to let you know you can now use your initial User I.D. and Password to log-in to internet banking. The first time you log-in you’ll be asked to set-up a new User I.D. This new User I.D. should be something that you can remember but it cannot be your Social Security Number.
